The Limitless Pace Academy is a 12-week specialist fast-bowling programme for players aged 13–18 who are serious about bowling quick. Fast bowling is the most sought-after skill in the game and the least properly coached. This academy exists to close that gap. It's built to make bowlers faster, stronger, fitter and more athletic, unlocking pace they didn't know they had while keeping them durable enough to sustain it.
This is far more than net bowling. Players are developed as athletes through a combined approach of bowling specific drills and strength & conditioning sessions in order to improve bowling technique and run-up mechanics, strength, conditioning, movement and durability.
Bowling technique and run-up mechanics are sharpened through repetition drills that improve rhythm, alignment and energy transfer. Speed and athleticism are developed through sprint, plyometric and explosive power work that translates directly into a faster, more dynamic action. Strength and conditioning sessions build the robustness fast bowlers need to bowl quick and stay injury-free across a long season. And the tactical side - when and how to use pace, variations and bowl under pressure in different scenarios. This is coached throughout, so players learn not just to bowl fast, but to bowl smart.
These sessions will be delivered by ECB Level 2 and Level 3 coaches and supported by current county professional cricketers who know exactly what high-level fast bowling demands. Players leave faster, stronger, more consistent, more robust and far smarter about their craft and ultimately equipped with genuine pace.
