Limitless Pace Academy

The Limitless Pace Academy is a 12-week specialist fast-bowling programme for players aged 13–18 who are serious about bowling fast.

This is far more than net bowling. Players are developed as athletes through a combined approach of bowling specific drills and strength & conditioning sessions in order to improve bowling technique and run-up mechanics, strength, conditioning, movement and durability.

These sessions will be delivered by ECB Level 2 and Level 3 coaches and supported by current county professional cricketers who know exactly what high-level fast bowling demands. Players leave faster, stronger, more consistent, more robust and far smarter about their craft and ultimately equipped with genuine pace.
