The Emerging Talent Programme (ETP) is a 10 week high-performance programme for aspiring young cricketers wanting to take their game to the next level. Open to all abilities, the ETP delivers elite coaching in a supportive, inclusive environment designed to accelerate long-term player development.
Across weekly 2-hour sessions, players receive structured, professional training in batting, bowling, fielding, match scenarios, game awareness, and physical development, all delivered by highly experienced coaches and supported every other week by current County professional cricketers as guest coaches.
The programme develops technically strong, tactically smart, and confident young cricketers who are ready to excel in the upcoming season. Each session is carefully planned to challenge players, build consistency, lead to growth and development and help them apply their skills in real-match situations.
